- Autumn 2007 Issue

Dear Readers,

Welcome to the Summer 2007 Issue of Ragavani-- Ragamala's Quarterly Journal of Indian Music and Dance.

We are thrilled by the tremendous response to our maiden issue (Ragavani Spring 2007) from all over the world! With 8 articles, interviews, lec-dems and book reviews and 6 concert reviews of Seattle performances, Ragavani has been enriched by the thoughts and words of a number of musicians, musicologists, dancers, academicians and serious practitioners of the Indian classical arts, both locally and world-wide.

In the Summer 2007 Issue, we will continue to bring you items of interest. If you would like to be notified of new articles and updates via email, please write to us at editor@ragavani.org.

And finally, the Ragavani mantra: We do what we do because we love the Indian arts. Write, sketch, contribute, support, donate...participate!
